  • Do my eyelashes need any specific care after the Lash Lift treatment?
In our gels, conditioning substances are already included, e.g. Panthenol. However, we generally recommend for the strengthening and conditioning of all eyelashes our Eyelash & Eyebrow BALM with Castor Oil as well as our award-winning LASH & BROW Lamination Fluid for a Keratin cure at home.
  • What PMU means?
    PMU means Permanent-Make-Up
  • What’s the difference between Lash Perm, Lash Lift and Lamination?
There is NO difference! Lash Perm is also called Lash Lift or Lamination. It always means the SAME treatment, which is only marketed under different names. No matter if you use silicone pads or Lifting rolls (Eyelash rolls), your eyelashes will always be lifted permanently in a very pronounced way. Professional studios know how to lift your lashes right from the roots also with rolls.
  • The Lash Lifting treatment didn't work for me!?
In very rare cases, it might happen that the eyelash structure cannot be changed by our mildly adjusted gels. However, it often is sufficient to discuss the single treatment steps with the respective therapist and thus search for a solution.
  • What’s the difference between Lash Lift and using an eyelash curler?
The eyelash curler mechanically forms the eyelashes. When using it, the eyelashes can be squeezed and might even break. During the Lash Lifting treatment by Pmu Beauty Elite, Gel 1 will gently open the eyelash structure and Gel 2 will close it again in the new form. With a single Wimpernwelle Lash Lift treatment the eyelashes will stay in the new form for 6-8 weeks. The procedure with the eyelash curler has to be repeated daily. The Wimpernwelle Lash Lift will also endure each and every activity, whereas you would have to use the eyelash curler again and again. Only as a "life saver" for the quick, unforeseen emergency use the eyelash curler is in advantage.
  • Will the eyelashes break during the Lash Lifting treatment?
NO. The Lash Lifting gels we use at Pmu Beauty Elite are very mild. Gel 1 opens the structure of the eyelashes, Gel 2 closes it in the new form. When developing the chemical set-up of our gels, we emphasized the fact that the pH value is adjusted in a certain way so that the structure of the eyelashes cannot be damaged.
  • My Lash Lift only lasted for one week!?
As with hair, there are also eyelashes that are very difficult to reshape. However, it is also possible that the very delicate Lash Lifting gels could not fully develop their effect during treatment. Please ask your therapist to contact us in order to solve your problem.
  • How long the results of a brow lamination last?
The results of your Brow Lamination procedure typically last between 4 to 6 weeks, but proper aftercare is important for maintaining these results. Using a special brow serum to support the eyebrows is highly recommended. Without proper aftercare, the results may not last as long.
  • Can I also have my eyelashes tinted immediately after Lash Lifting?
YES, the eyelashes can also be tinted immediately afterwards. As the eyelashes are also somewhat lightened by the Lash Lifting Treatment, you will notice the eyelash lift effect even more intensively after tinting. If your studio is working with our mild but very intense BINACIL® Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint, the tinting after a Lash Lift is even very fast: In only 2 minutes application time the eyelashes have reached the desired colour intensity!
  • What is a permanent make up?
A permanent make up is a procedure where pigments are implanted into the skin to enhance facial features. It is actually a semi-permanent result since we work on the top layer of the skin. It is often used for Eyebrows (Microblading, Powder Brows) – To create fuller, more defined brows. Eyeliner – To give the eyes a more prominent, makeup-like appearance. Lips (Lip Blushing) – To enhance lip color and shape. Scalp Micropigmentation – To create the illusion of thicker hair. Areola Restoration – To reconstruct or enhance the appearance of the areola after breast surgery.
  • Am I allowed to do a permanent make up during pregnancy?
Permanent makeup is not recommended during pregnancy because hormonal changes can affect the healing process and alter the final color of the pigment.
