PMU freckles are semi-permanent cosmetic tattoos designed to mimic the appearance of natural freckles. Created using micropigmentation techniques, tiny dots of pigment are carefully placed on the skin—usually across the nose and cheeks—to give a sun-kissed, youthful look.
